A reputed Thermal Engineering Company engaged in the manufacture of Compressed Air Dryers, After Coolers, Chillers, Dehumidifiers, Precision Air Conditioners, Liquid Cooling Systems, Compressed Air Filters, etc. for the all types of Industries including Defence and Aerospace.

Looking for Immediate joining, with 2 Plus of years of experience from the manufacturing Industry.

**Dispatch Documentation**
- **Billing & Dispatch knowledge**

.Verify the orders processed
- Check the stock availability for the Orders received
- Issue of Production/Service Requisition for the items not in stock
- Update and maintain PR/SR register
- Interact with Production, Stores and Purchase departments for dispatch of the materials
- Respond to the mails from customers on priority
- Follow-up for Proforma Payment, Road Permit, CT3 form etc.
- Prepare Order Pending, Order Processing, Monthly & Annual Sales Turnover Reports
- Maintain the record of ARE-1 and ARE-3 and submit to Central Excise department
- Follow-up for re-warehousing copies of ARE-1 and ARE-3 from the customers
- Submit the re-warehousing copies to Excise department
- File and maintain all the dispatch related documents

**Logistics and Shipment tracking**
- Select the appropriate mode of transportation based on logistics plan, customer requirements and destination
- Negotiate freight and cargo charges with various transporters and courier agencies
- Interact with transporters and book the transport for dispatch
- Prepare Packing Slip for the items ready for dispatch
- Prepare Invoice and other dispatch related documents and send the documents to the customer
- Prepare Delivery challan for sending Warranty Replacement Materials and other items
- Track the delivery status of consignment or courier and update the delay report
- Follow up with customers for confirmation of receipt of consignments
- Follow up with Transporter for delay in the delivery of consignments
- Provide clarifications to the customer on dispatch related queries

**Service related activities**
- Issue ICD for commissioning of the dispatched Air Dryers
- Update and maintain the ICD Register
- Provide the details of the items dispatched, ICD and customer details to the Service Engineers
- Follow up with our Service Engineers for the details of Service related information to prepare Service Invoices
- Track the products returned by the customer for repair or re-work
- Disptach the repaired/re-worked products to the customers

**MIS**
- Prepare and submit a daily/weekly/monthly report to the superior on the:

- Order Pending and Order Processing reports
- Sales Turnover - Monthly & Annual Reports
- PR Delay/Pending Report
- Dispatch Delay Report

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
