**Job Summary**

We are a Civil Construction company based in Lucknow. We require an Architect to assist us with design-drawing and related works for our various projects.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work on the detailed designs of the various kinds of government projects that we are executing or bidding for after understanding of task requirements
- **Develop working drawings and civil related shop drawings** to be used in execution of work at site and also to communicate the design intent to clients
- Prepare presentations (including 3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients
- Occasional Site visits to ensure resolution of issues, compliance
- Prepare estimates / BOQ by calculating the quantities of various items as per drawings
- Prepare reports on feasibility, budgets, specifications

**Key Skills**
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, some 3D work experience in SketchUP, 3ds Max, V-Ray would also be useful.
- Use of Photoshop / Illustrator for basic graphic related work.
- Some experience of on-site execution of civil works, especially finishing works so as to have a better understanding for preparation of shop drawings.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PPT) for use in various tasks such as making Presentations, preparation of Estimates etc.
- Ability to interpret designs / drawings provided by the main project architects & consultants and to derive relevant data from them

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture is a must
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience is required
