**Client servicing manager**

At Artmonks,We are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take up the enquiry from the clients and give the estimated costing for enquiry.
- Respond to the client mails wisely
- Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience in advertising or video production industry
- Experience in providing client service support
- Excellent knowledge of advertising or video production management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
