We are hiring an MEP Draftsman with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in multi-story IT parks, commercial complexes, residential towers, hospitality projects, and hospital buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed MEP drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with local building codes, standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NBC), and specific project requirements.
- Coordinate with design and site teams to implement revisions and resolve technical issues.
- Develop layouts, schematics, and shop drawings as per client specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
- Familiarity with coordination drawings and MEP standards.
- Strong understanding of MEP services in high-rise and specialized buildings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
