**Role** **Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Sonipat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying customer needs, generating revenue, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and training them to achieve sales targets.

**Qualifications**
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience managing a sales team and developing sales representatives
- Experience in the B2B IT sales industry is preferred
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field

**Job Role**
- Analysing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimise the current ones
- Implementing the company’s sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions
- Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals
- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
