**Responsibilities**:
Lead Conversion: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and prospects, engaging them in compelling conversations to showcase our E-commerce website development and digital marketing services.

Sales Target: Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with leads, actively listening to their needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Tech On Clouds' services and offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and conversions in the Excel Sheets.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies and tactics that optimize lead generation and conversion rates.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and customer preferences to refine sales techniques and improve performance.

**Requirements**:
Beginner - Expert Experience : Previous experience not compulsory but if you do have previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets would be better.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to confidently interact with potential customers and present our services persuasively.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and software.

Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven approach to work, displaying resilience in overcoming challenges and setbacks.

Goal-Oriented: A strong desire to achieve and surpass sales targets, coupled with a competitive spirit and a passion for results.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
