
Us Accounting Co-ordinator

5+ years of Experience in Logistic Industry.
Job Profile:
Co-ordination with US Logistic Agencies for the dispute raised in shipment Claims.
Filing Claims for lost packages for domestic as well international deliveries.
Scrutiny/Verify all invoices raised by US shipment agencies related to charges, duplicate billings, correct address, surcharges, undeliverable returns, delivery confirmation signature, Rescheduled deliveries, residential /Commercial deliveries etc.
Daily Reconciliation with actual dispatch details v/s raised Invoices.
Tracking orders of customer deliveries.
Manage Key accounts for all relevant claims.
Reply all scrutiny calls through mails to resolve the disputes raised within time limit.
Prepare Daily, Monthly MIS about all accounting transactions and track a record of accurate accounting and report to US accounting team for the further reconciliation.
Education: Graduation in any discipline
Functional Competencies: Logistic account handling, Bill desk checking, reconciliation, solving dispute of customers/agencies, MIS reporting, Well versed in Advance Excel.
Behavior Competencies: Good Analytical skills, Accuracy in work, Excellent Communication, Effective Decision-Making, Problem Solver, Time Management & Team Player
Five days working in General Shift (WFO)
Location: MIDC, Andheri East
**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
