**Job Role: Regional Logistic Co-ordinator for West & North Region.**

**Base location**:Mumbai

**Work-experience: 3-5 years in relevant roles as per the JD**
- Plan and coordinate the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery
- Track shipments and address any issues or delays promptly, in collaboration withsales teams, transporters, and customers. Communicate order status, deliveryschedules, and potential delays to customers.
- Oversee returns booking & credit to the customers for the returns & exceptions.Manage claim settlements with transporters for exception cases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for logistics activities.
- Coordinate and engage with regional sales teams through regular calls to addresspending logistics issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting delivery commitments, addressing customer complaints, and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, cross-functional teams, and third
- party logistics service providers.
- Provide market insights and recommendations based on customer visits and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Drive projects in the areas of improvement.
- Prepare reports on vendor performance and other metrics.
