**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for conveyor spare parts.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all spare parts inquiries and orders.
3. Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries, conducting market research and analysis to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Present product catalogues, technical specifications, and pricing information to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our spare parts offerings.
5. Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales agreements in a timely manner.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of spare parts orders to clients.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our product offerings and sales strategies.
8. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand, expand our client base, and generate leads for spare parts sales.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
**Qualifications**:
- MBA/BE/Diploma or related sales field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience in selling industrial equipment or spare parts, preferably in the conveyor manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of conveyor systems and spare parts, including belts, rollers, bearings, motors, and other components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites, attend meetings, and participate in industry events as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
