**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact and a trusted advisor on digital marketing strategies.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and recommend appropriate technology solutions aligned with their overall digital marketing goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their digital presence through our services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring alignment with their digital marketing budget.
- Ensure that proposals are aligned with client requirements, budget, and digital marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in technology and digital marketing, and how they can be applied to our service offerings.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**:
2-3 years with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
Proven track record of success in using digital marketing strategies to generate leads and close deals.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including using various digital marketing tools, generating performance reports, and analyzing key metrics.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho,pipedrive, HubSpot).

**Skills**:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage team and clients independently.
Proficiency in using a wide range of digital marketing tools

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
