Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our accounting team. As a fresher or Experience, you will assist in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the accounting team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those new to the accounting field, looking to gain hands-on experience and build a career in finance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

2. Process invoices, payments, and credits under supervision.

3. Reconcile bank statements and assist in managing cash flow.

4. Prepare basic financial reports and statements.

5. Learn and implement financial processes and procedures.

6. Assist in auditing and compliance tasks.

7. Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Work closely with the accounting team to gain knowledge and experience.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience).

2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

4. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to learn quickly.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
