Job Title : AI Recruiter
Job Summary
An AI Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent specializing
in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and related fields. They play a key role in
building and maintaining a talented AI team, leveraging a mix of traditional and
technology-driven recruitment strategies. This role is critical for organizations seeking to
build leading-edge AI teams and remain competitive in the fast-evolving digital
landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Identity & Source Talent
Use various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and AI-focused
forums.
Conduct initial interviews (phone/video) in collaboration with hiring
managers and technical teams.
Pipeline Management
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified AI talent for immediate and future
