**Job description: Junior Executive - Project Management**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**o** Provide support and maintenance of existing management information systems (MIS).

**o **Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner & Develops

MIS Reports to allow for smooth operations and easy data maintenance.

**o** Medium Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Access, PowerPoint to Maintain the

Operational Reports and Management Reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports).

**o** Delivering & Maintaining the MIS Reports with periodic intervals to track the

performance of individual & team levels (Ex: KRA, Leader boards).

**o** Conduct daily reviews with core team (Operational Level Teams) executives to assure

their daily routines processes and practices are being follow.

**o** Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand the requirements and issues in the

core teams and bring it to the top management.

**o** Maintaining the minutes of meetings through the team meetings, assigning the

tickets/tasks to the respective actionable owner, and doing follow-up until the task's

closure.

**o** Manage deliverables/actionables according to the plan and provide regular updates to the

top management.

**o** Analyse data source and propose solutions to strategic planning problems on one-time or

a periodic basis.

**o** Manage the tasks allocation to core teams, monitor the progress and do an intern audit.

**o** Highlighting the problematic areas in the core team processes and ensuring your role is

internal data auditor.

**o** Collect the actionable from managers through daily meetings and follow up until the

actionable closure.

**o** Giving directions to resolve the problems in the core teams and to achieve a common

goal.

**Mandatory Skills**

**o** Good Communication in English.

**o** Any Under Graduate Degree.

**o** Minimum 6 Months Experience Required.

**o **Microsoft tools knowledge such as MS Excel, PowerPoint.

**o** Data Analytics / SQL experience preferred.

**o** We are looking for a competent, self-motivated and skilled person who can take ownership of the role provided to them.
