**Job Role**: Associate: Corporate Finance (MIS)

**Preferred:

- CA & MBA Finance ( Full Time )**

**Function**: Finance

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To manage the operational finance function efficiently, develop operational initiatives resulting in achieving company goals.
- Third party payments post accurate reconciliation of financial records.
- Monitor and manage partner & lender payments including invoices, transaction data & funds.
- Execute daily operational tasks of the data and fund management & reconciliation.
- Develop process, procedures & policies to achieve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain transaction level statements for reconciliation of data & funds.
- Execute & manage daily / monthly & periodic activities of operational finance along with reporting.
- Ensure that operational finance activities are executed and delivered as per the standards, policies within defined timelines.
- Facilitation, preparation and tracking of loan disbursements, repayments with related finance operations including payables, receivables etc.
- Managing the complete life cycle of bank accounts used/to be used for operational finance with various banks.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners & lenders to address any queries/complaints related to financial operations.
- Provide support to Business & other functions in creating & streamlining the required operational finance processes for existing/new products/partners.

**You Have**:

- MBA in Finance and/or Operations with 3-7years of experience in operational finance function
- Understanding of Process, Policies Regulatory framework around BFSI/Lending Industry.
- Knowledge of financial products (rural/micro)
- Expert in Fintech Lending Operations

**- Advanced Accounting skills**
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, **Advanced Excel, MIS**)
- NBFC, Payments Bank, Small Finance Banks, BFSI, Micro Credit, FinTech experience is expected.
