**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
- Research and target potential clients in the B2B sector.
- **Client Visits & Relationship Building**:

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- **Sales Closing**:

- Successfully close sales deals by delivering compelling value propositions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- **Travel & Market Coverage**:

- Travel extensively to visit clients and explore untapped markets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager regarding sales performance and market insights.
- **Strategy & Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field with proven experience in sales.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in direct/B2B sales or a similar role.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel extensively (locally and regionally).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
