**Key Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect incoming materials and components for conformity to specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Verify supplier certifications, certifications of conformity, and material test reports.
- Identify and document non-conformities, initiate corrective actions, and track resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, reports, and databases.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to enhance quality processes.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of machining processes, materials, and industry standards.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of machining processes (CNC, milling, turning, grinding).
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Proficient in data management tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Experience with 5S and Kaizen practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mech).

**Year of Experience**:

- 1-4 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

**CTC**:

- 3,20,000 Per Year

**Location : Kuruli, Near Chakan - Pune**

Pay: Up to ₹320,000.00 per year
