**Job Title**: Office Assistant

**Reports To**: Admin Manager
**Job Summary**:
The Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as filing, organizing, document handling, data entry, and coordination with other departments for smooth workflow.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure workspace organization.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing couriers and letters.
- Assist with data entry and basic record maintenance.
- Support scheduling of meetings and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for errands or document movement.
- Serve refreshments to visitors or during meetings, when required.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including basic tech setup.
- Monitor and restock pantry and stationery items.
- Perform other general duties as directed by the reporting manager.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (photocopier, printer, scanner).
- Punctual, honest, and reliable with a good sense of responsibility.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position.
- Work involves some physical activity, such as moving files or office supplies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
