We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Security Supervisor** to oversee and manage security operations at [Company Name]. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and assets at our facility. You will lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise, train, and manage security personnel to ensure that they adhere to company policies and maintain a professional standard.
- **Security Operations**: Monitor and enforce security protocols and procedures, including access control, patrols, and emergency response.
- **Incident Management**: Respond to and resolve security-related incidents, including breaches, thefts, and disturbances. Prepare detailed reports of incidents and actions taken.
- **Surveillance Systems**: Operate and monitor security cameras, alarms, and other surveillance equipment to ensure continuous security coverage.
- **Customer Service**: Provide assistance to employees and visitors, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment while maintaining professionalism.
- **Risk Assessment**: Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding safety and security.
- **Emergency Response**: Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure that the security team is well-prepared for any crisis situations.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
