Hi,

I am re-submitting this Intern requisition as the initial position was categorized as “contingent” employee which is being corrected in this requisition as "regular" employee.

We need to recruit a marketing intern for our marketing projects as detailed below:

- Project - Paid Digital Lead Optimization through Content & Persona Analysis (Facebook/Instagram/Google)
- Duration - 2 months starting form 1st July, 2025
- Stipend - INR 20K ($235) per month

Overview:
Analyse content elements (Keyword, CTA, Landing page, Ad copy) and audience personas for online paid lead sources - Facebook/Instagram/Google.

The objective is to leverage these insights to strategically fine-tune our ad copy and advertisements, ensuring they resonate more effectively with specific audience cohorts, ultimately leading to improved engagement, higher lead quality, and increased conversion rates.

Our investment in paid digital advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google is a critical component of our lead generation strategy for the IG (including retail and transactional FPI) sectors. While these channels currently deliver leads, we believe there's substantial opportunity to enhance the efficiency and quality of these leads by deeply understanding both _what_ content truly motivates our target audience and _who_ these audiences truly are. Our hypothesis is that a granular analysis of keyword performance, CTA effectiveness, landing page experience, and ad copy resonance, coupled with the development of detailed audience personas, will unlock significant improvements in our ad campaign performance. This project aims to bridge the gap between ad spend and optimal lead quality by providing actionable, data-driven recommendations for highly targeted and persuasive advertising.
