Internship Opportunity: Psychology Intern

About Us:

We are a pioneering mental health support company focused on delivering innovative conversational AI and digital solutions to improve mental well-being. We specialize in empathy-driven therapeutic chatbots integrated with clinical-grade psychological frameworks.

Role Overview:

We are looking to hire psychology interns to support our vision and product development by working on critical psychological data analytics and auditing. The intern will have the unique opportunity to contribute to mental health technology by preparing, analyzing, and verifying psychological data related to digital communication between our app and users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive psychological datasets relating to user interactions, behaviors, and mental health indicators collected via digital and internet platforms.
  • Analyze and generate reports on diverse psychological models relevant to various mental health use cases, including stress, anxiety, depression, and more.
  • Audit and ensure all psychological data collected aligns with established clinical protocols, ethical research standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with product and AI teams to fine-tune data models and validate the clinical appropriateness of conversational scripts and responses.
  • Assist in developing usage standards and protocols for secure, confidential psychological communication in digital mediums.

Qualifications:

  • Current or recent student in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or related fields.

  • Commitment to data privacy, ethics, and clinical standards in mental health research.
  • Interest in digital health, conversational AI, or related technology is a plus.
