**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**: Greet and seat guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and craft beer pairings.
- **Beer Knowledge**: Educate guests about our beer selection, brewing process, and flavor profiles to enhance their experience.
- **Order Management**: Accurately relay orders to the bar and kitchen, ensuring timely service.
- **Serving & Presentation**: Serve beer and food following proper pouring and presentation standards.
- **Upselling**: Suggest additional menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- **Cleanliness & Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized taproom, including tables, bar areas, and service stations.
- **Payment Processing**: Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with guests, handle inquiries, and resolve any concerns professionally.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations, ensuring responsible beverage service.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Prior experience as a waiter, bartender, or server in a brewery, bar, or restaurant is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and billing.
- Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first approach.
- Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol in the location of employment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
