**About FitStreet**

FitStreet is a next-gen fitness & wellness platform bringing **trainers, counsellors, and nutrition experts** directly to users through a seamless tech-driven experience. We’re looking for an energetic **Field Marketing Executive** to build brand visibility and drive local partnerships in gyms, communities, and corporates.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **on-ground marketing activities** such as distributing flyers, setting up stalls, and promotional events.
- Approach and **onboard gyms, trainers, dieticians, and wellness counsellors** into the FitStreet ecosystem.
- Build relationships with **corporates, housing societies, schools, and colleges** for wellness programs.
- Execute **local campaigns** (posters, standees, banners, activations).
- Collect leads, maintain records, and share daily/weekly reports with the sales & marketing team.
- Act as the **brand representative of FitStreet** in the field to increase trust and visibility.
- Collaborate with digital marketing team to align **offline promotions with online campaigns**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent (preferred).
- **1-2 years of experience** in field marketing, sales, or brand promotions.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Comfortable with **travel and outdoor marketing activities**.
- Passionate about **fitness, health, and wellness** (added advantage).
