**Trademark Paralegal Job Description**:
The duties and responsibilities of a trademark paralegal, specialising in Indian Trademarks include the following:

- Updating client database and responding quickly to all the clients’ needs and replying to related mails.
- Generating docket reports, and reporting IP docketing to senior IP professionals while acting on their advice.
- Preparing invoices and keeping track of the time that can be billed to clients.
- Assisting with client meeting scheduling and keeping track of important court dates and approaching deadlines.
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with the client and Staff by updating presentations, reports, and templates.

**Qualifications/ Skills Required**

Trademark Paralegals have the following qualifications:

- About 1-2 years of experience managing trademark docketing and prosecution
- Proper attention to detail and practical experience managing a large trademark prosecution docket.
- Knowledge of creating docket reports and managing Intellectual property records.
- Research and time management abilities.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prompt communication and record-keeping skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
