**Job description**
Experience - 2+ years experience in Real estate and Digital Marketing
Industry - Real Estate
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Interaction & Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their real estate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
**Customer Service**:
- Provide a high level of customer service, responding to inquiries and addressing client concerns in a timely manner.
- Handle and resolve client complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Design, finance, operations) to ensure smooth transactions for clients.
**Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain and update client records.
- Ensure all documentation related to client transactions is accurate and complete.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, and also share reports to the client.
**Market Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and industry developments.
- Provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information about the real estate market.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
