**Project Management**: Manage and oversee all aspects of waterproofing projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all waterproofing work meets industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements, and conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of workmanship.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and supervise a team of waterproofing technicians and subcontractors, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to ensure project goals are achieved.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites, conducting regular safety meetings, inspections, and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of projects, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including work orders, progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings, to ensure proper project tracking and accountability.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor project expenses and budgets closely, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements while minimizing risk and maximizing profitability.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed about new developments, technologies, and best practices in waterproofing and construction industry, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
