**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via the chat platform.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Stay updated on company policies, services, and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in chat support.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with customer service software and chat platforms.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
