Telesales Executive

**Responsibilities**: Use inbound and outbound calls to generate sales leads, persuade customers to purchase, and maintain relationships with existing customers

- **Other duties**: Troubleshoot or handle complaints, enter and update customer information, take and process orders, and keep records of calls and sales
