**Soft Skills Trainer (Bangalore Based)**

**A Typical Week In The Life Of A Soft Skills Trainer (Bangalore Based)**
- Conducting primarily offline and some online training sessions in Bangalore. All of these sessions are those SkillSphere’s educational workshops such as Model UN workshops, Global Quizards workshops, Super Speakers workshops etc. Training is going to be the most integral part of your job role and a substantial amount of time each day is going to be devoted to it.
- Assisting the training and quality control team in management and proof reading of student reports, workshop coordination, and ensuring quality control measures are followed
- Assisting the curriculum team with basic content and curriculum updation as and when required
- Completing student reports, feedback forms and other responsibilities associated with conduct of specific workshops
- Coordinating with some of the trainers who are conducting different educational programmes for SkillSphere Education on a weekly basis to collect feedback and other information related to session conduct.
- Assisting the training department in coordinating with SkillSphere’s freelance trainers for the Train the Trainer sessions. This shall be on a case to case basis
- Working with SkillSphere Education’s core team on planning and strategization on a weekly basis.

**Where Will You Be Working From?**
You will be based out of Bangalore and will be reporting to one of our schools which will be your fixed location of work. From there, you will keep traveling on a case to case basis within Bangalore for other school workshops.

**What Can You Expect Your Starting Salary to Be?**

Rs. 31,000- 34,000 per month + other allowances

**Salary**: ₹31,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
