**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate **EDM machines** (Wire Cut, Die Sinking, CNC EDM) for precision machining of mould components.
- Set up tools, electrodes, and fixtures based on job requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, tool designs, and CAD data for machining operations.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure machining accuracy within tolerances.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and electrode dressing.
- Work with toolmakers and engineers to achieve dimensional accuracy in tooling.
- Document machining activities and maintain job records.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making / Mechanical or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in EDM operations within a moulding/tool room setup.
- Strong understanding of EDM machine programming and parameter settings.
- Knowledge of tool steel properties and electrode materials.
- Ability to use precision measurement tools (micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
- Basic understanding of CAD/CAM and spark erosion techniques.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with brands like **Makino, Charmilles, Mitsubishi, Electronica**, etc.
- Hands-on experience with electrode manufacturing and copper/graphite electrode use.
- Familiar with mould inserts, core/cavity EDMing, and complex profiles.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,003.33 - ₹25,000.00 per month
