Intune Autopilot Engineer

Location : Chennai/Bangalore

Exp : 5.5-8 Yrs

Experienced and certified Intune Autopilot Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices using Windows Autopilot, SCCM, and Intune. You will also troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to device enrollment, activation, compliance, and security.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement Windows Autopilot solutions for various scenarios, such as hybrid Azure AD join, white glove, self-deploying, and user-driven modes
- Configure and deploy SCCM and Intune policies and profiles to manage device settings, features, and compliance
- Create and run Configuration Manager task sequences to reimage devices and pre-install Autopilot profiles
- Change the edition of Windows 10 or Windows 11 using Windows Subscription Activation
- Monitor and report on device status, health, and performance using Intune and SCCM
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff
- Document and update best practices and procedures for Windows Autopilot, SCCM, and Intune

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Windows Autopilot, SCCM, and Intune
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems and features
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows Subscription Activation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Certification in Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent is required
