Introduction

What will you be doing?

Planning and Stress Test BAU processes: Support the end to end P&ST processes, as and when required including:

- The role will focus on supporting Business Units and Functions execution for all P&ST cycles including tracking and status reporting
- Support BU and Functions to agree timelines, datasets, analytics/themes, status tracking and deliverables to P&ST FTC / ExCo / Board
- Assist with the delivery of P&ST activities by engaging with a variety of stakeholders across grade and jurisdiction
- Run weekly Business and Accountable Executive (AE) working groups to ensure contributors understand the requirement and delivery timeframe
- Co-ordinate data collection, validation and analysis, including the review, query and challenge of performance against guidance and targets
- Capture the end to end process in an executable Runbook format, as well as active performance tracking through the Workflow Tool, as necessary
- Support the development of the new BI data/system model and associated processes including the link between BI and Group Planning teams
- Support as required all change that may occur as the BI operating model develops

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Accounting/Finance) or equivalent years of services
- Experience in Broker/Securities Dealer, Audit, or Finance Industry
- Good level of PC skills (Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills
- Project Management skils
- Stakeholder Management skills

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Big 4/FTSE 100/Management Consultancy background
- Broad knowledge of all banking products, business flows and technologies
- Appreciation of current / future changes in the Regulatory environment that are / will impact the bank’s planning processes and requirements
- Good understanding and experience of regulatory capital and stress testing requirements
