**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve better results.
- Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the [industry type, e.g., FMCG, tech, real estate] sector is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
