**Job details: US IT Recruiter/ Senior Recruiter**
Job Responsibilities
- To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
- Experience prioritizing requirements based on technology/rates/location
- Responsible for achieving targets and numbers for the team.
- Excellent communication skills including listening, verbal and written communication skills
- We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long term opportunity.
- Articulate, friendly, optimistic and success-driven
- Highly flexible self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive
- Comfortable to work onsite from Vadodara office.

Pay: ₹25,090.66 - ₹70,790.11 per month
