**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Conduct regular inspections of all facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with established protocols and health regulations.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and maintaining budgetary guidelines.
- Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Schedule staff rotations and manage labor costs effectively while ensuring coverage for all areas.
- Assist in the development of a comprehensive housekeeping manual outlining procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or facilities management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and technology.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
