**At Thincredblu Securities,** we are a research focused Equity brokerage firm based at Vidyavihar Mumbai. We hold direct memberships to NSE, BSE & CDSL and have been empowering retail traders across the country since 2006.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Equity Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. You should be comfortable with direct sales tactics, providing excellent customer service, and working towards achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Outreach**: Engage with prospective clients to introduce our stock broking services, educate them about the benefits of investing, and assist them in completing the onboarding process.
- **Lead Generation**: Work closely with the sales team to generate and convert leads into active clients by explaining the features and advantages of our services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional support and guiding them through the KYC process.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest market trends and stock market updates to effectively communicate with clients.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of client information, KYC documents, and conversations in the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for KYC completions and lead conversion.
Key Requirements:
- **Education**: Graduation.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interest and understanding of the stock market.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage clients over the phone.
- Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling customer queries.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (especially in the financial sector) is a plus.
- Knowledge of stock market terminologies and trading
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
