Join us as a Core Treasury Associate
- You’ll support the delivery and integrity of Treasury Finance controls and regulatory information
- We’ll look to you to deliver daily finance control activities for Treasury and manage any change
- This associate level role will see you engaging with a variety of stakeholders across the business, and building a strong network

**What you'll do**:
As our Core Treasury Associate, you’ll prepare a consolidated view of our exposure to non-traded market risk and understand any underlying drivers. You’ll also understand the valuation of different Treasury products and perform independent verification of the price.

In addition to this, you’ll be responsible for:

- Ensuring integrity of the ledger by performing required controls designed to mitigate any risks
- Assess if the existing control framework is sufficient to mitigate risk
- Ensure proper documentation of hedge accounting relationships as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- The month-end ledger close and substantiation of various BS and PL items
- Managing one or more business models, delivering a view of interest rate exposure for both internal and external stakeholders covering regulatory requirements and internal management specifications
- Managing the reporting of IPV, performing monthly price verification and the prudent valuation process, and assisting with reporting for review meetings with key stakeholders

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for someone with an understanding of banking products along with strong numeracy and analytical skills. You’ll understand treasury products and derivatives, both from a business understanding of what the product is and what it might be used for, and how the IFRS accounting for such products works.

- Strong stakeholder management skills
