**Responsibilities**:

- Redesign and reengineer existing TIBCO flow into Confluent Kafka architecture.
- Develop and implement efficient and scalable solutions using Confluent Kafka, Java, and Spring Boot technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design integration solutions.
- Provide expertise in integration architecture and best practices, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the retail industry domain.
- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the Confluent Kafka ecosystem and integration domain.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of integration experience in the retail industry.
- Minimum 6 years of experience working specifically with Confluent Kafka, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proven expertise in redesigning and reengineering TIBCO flows into Confluent Kafka architecture.
- Solid understanding of messaging systems, event-driven architectures, and real-time data processing.
- Hands-on development experience in Confluent Kafka, including topics, partitions, producers, consumers, and Kafka Streams.
- Proficient in Java development, including frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with TIBCO technologies, such as TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO EMS.
- Experience with other related technologies, such as Apache Kafka, Avro, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
