Your profile

- Develop, deploy, and maintainKafka-based solutionsfor real-time event streaming.
- Design and optimizeKafka producer/consumer applications.
- Create and manageKafka topics, partitions, and configurations.
- Integrate Kafka with other systems usingKafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and other ecosystem tools.
- Monitor and troubleshootKafka clustersfor performance and reliability.
- Implementmessage schemasusing Avro, Protobuf, or JSON.
- Performcapacity planningand scalability assessments.
- Ensuredata security and compliancethrough access controls and encryption.
- Collaborate withDevOps, Data Engineering, and Application teams.
- Document Kafka configurations, processes, and best practices.

Your role

- Strong understanding ofApache Kafka architectureand components.
- Proficiency inJava, Scala, or Python.
- Experience withdistributed systemsandreal-time data processing.
- Familiarity withKafka Connect, Kafka Streams, Schema Registry.
- Knowledge ofcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP) and managed Kafka services.
- Experience withmonitoring toolslike Prometheus, Grafana, or Confluent Control Center.
- Understanding ofmicroservices architectureand event-driven systems.
- Experience withCI/CD pipelinesand version control (e.g., Git).
