**Job Summary**:
The Pre-Primary Teacher will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. She will plan and execute engaging, age-appropriate activities, laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the early childhood education curriculum.
- Design and conduct activities that promote literacy, numeracy, language, and motor skills.
- Use play-based and hands-on learning techniques to engage children effectively.
- **Child Development**:

- Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere where children feel valued and encouraged.
- Encourage positive social interactions and help children develop essential life skills like sharing, listening, and cooperation.
- Monitor and assess each child’s developmental milestones and provide personalized attention.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain an organized and vibrant classroom environment with appropriate learning materials.
- Implement routines that help children feel secure and understand the structure of their day.
- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- **Parental Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child’s progress and behavior.
- Provide insights and suggestions for supporting learning at home.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and participate in school events.
- **Creative and Co-Curricular Activities**:

- Organize and oversee art, music, dance, storytelling, and craft activities.
- Plan field trips and outdoor activities to expand children’s learning experiences.
- Celebrate special days, festivals, and cultural events to build awareness and appreciation.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for children.
- Identify and address the needs of children with sensitivity and care.
- Follow safety protocols and handle emergencies effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience as a pre-primary teacher or in a related role (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to connect with young children and foster a love for learning.
- Creativity and adaptability to design engaging and fun learning experiences.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
