**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of pre-primary students.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to accommodate various learning styles.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and continuous professional development programs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
- PPTC (Pre-Primary Teacher's Certificate) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in early childhood education is advantageous.
