**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients, especially in the banking and insurance sectors.
- Meet prospective clients to present and sell our products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Provide customized solutions based on clients’ needs.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the financial services space.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
- Ensure excellent post-sales follow-up and customer support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, particularly in banking sales or insurance sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of the Mohali region and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
