Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target new sales opportunities in the construction industry (e.g., contractors, builders, developers, architects).
- Conduct site visits to engage with prospective clients and understand their project requirements.
- Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients in line with company policies.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to the sales manager.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and market conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
- Strong understanding of the construction sales cycle and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
