**Job Profile**

Arrange for pre-dispatch inspection & sorting.

Local Material movement coordination and arrangement

To co-operate with internal/external auditors during audits.

To ensure all the ready material to reach to the final destination/client place with zero damage

Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day

Make sure 100% security of the documents by the drivers

Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes

Maintain contact with all clients as well as outside vendors inclusive of issue resolution

To provide the lifting equipments along with dispatch and same bring back to plant if require

Recruit and Coordinate with logistics staff (eg. Truck drivers, Tempo) for the delivery of material according to availability and requirements

Coordination with transport and production and finance about the status of dispatch and update

Arrangement of loading/unloading of materials as per the coordination with team

Coordination with production team to plan with upcoming dispatch

Packing of Products as per guideline and arrange for the dispatch

Arrangement of the packing slip

Keep logs and records of executed orders, upcoming orders etc.

Prepare accurate reports for upper management

Coordinating with various departments for smooth day to day operations and troubleshooting.

Preparing of Delivery Challans, way bills generation & other documents related to dispatch.

Any other task given by the management

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dispatching: 2 years (preferred)
- Arrangement of loading/unloading: 2 years (preferred)
