The Travel sales executive /travel consultant monitors competitor landscapes to develop strategies. He /she also acquires sales through the generation and follow-up of leads.He/She should be innovative, resourceful and well informed of the company's products and services. He /She should posses strong communication, and interpersonal skills, to build excellent rapport with clients to drive retention and close sales.

**Tasks**:

- Analyse client data and purchasing behaviour from customer relationship models.
- Analyse client portfolio to understand client segmentation.
- Assist in preparation of sales proposals.
- Escalate client requests that deviate from signed sales agreements.
- Follow up on networking interactions and leads.
- Follow up with clients to close sales.
- Gather customer feedback and market sentiments for stakeholders to enhance products and services.
- Generate sales leads.
- Maintain database of sales leads.
- Monitor competitors and customer demand to provide market intel for strategy development.
- Provide feedback on usage of workplace technology.
- Provide first-level responses to clients' requests and requirements.
- Provide responses to enquiries on venue facilities and details.
- Recommend range of products and services according to clients' needs.
- Report budget use and spending against approved budgets.
- Report client dissatisfaction of product and services delivery to the management.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business or relevant fields.
- Prior experience as a travel agent or an avid traveler is a bonus.
- Strong knowledge of traveling software and procedures.
- Basic computer skills and software like MS Office.
- Multilingualism is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
- Up to date with domestic and international travel trends.
- Well read on the rules and regulation of tourism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
