What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
**Overview**

CompuCom is looking for a fulltime HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This position is responsible for aligning business objectives, anticipating HR needs, and serving as a consultant to management on HR related issues.

**Primary Responsibility**:

- Conciliate in cases where conflict arises, or the needs of an Associate and the needs of the business are not aligned.
- Support leaders in ensuring that CompuCom's Policies are enforced and followed, and take action when an Associate is not compliant.
- Provide support and guidance for leaders to handle complex cases related to performance, behavior and Associate development matters.
- Represent CompuCom during involuntary terminations, with or without external attorney's support.
- Hold regular meetings with Managers of the assigned business groups to understand possible HR needs and provide support on work relations matters.
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.

Who You Are (Qualifications):
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience
