Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for forecasting, predictive analytics, and generative AI solutions.
- Build and deploy end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model development and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand business needs and deliver actionable AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate model performance using statistical and business metrics, and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and data engineers.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML modelling, with a strong focus on predictive modelling, forecasting, and working with generative AI techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Experience in working with time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
- Hands-on experience in generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and other deep learning techniques.
- Strong understanding of data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
