
Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Generate Sales**: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively showcase their features and benefits to potential customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and improve customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
- **Self-Motivated**: Self-driven and highly motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- **Location**: Willingness to work in Bangalore, with occasional travel as required.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
