**Role Overview**

We are seeking confident, presentable, and English-speaking Sales Executives, preferably with experience in residential luxury projects. This role involves engaging with potential clients through cold calling and representing the company at exhibitions and trade shows.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in fluent English.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote products.
- Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Presentable and confident with a professional demeanor.
- Experience in sales, preferably in residential luxury projects.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions and client meetings.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in cold calling or event representation is an advantage.
