**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough analysis and research on work permit visa requirements for various countries.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Communicate effectively with government agencies, embassies, and consulates to expedite visa processing.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on visa-related matters and address inquiries promptly.
- Stay informed about changes in immigration regulations and update internal processes accordingly.
- Collaborate with legal professionals and other stakeholders to resolve complex visa issues.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of visa filing processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years experienced.
- Proven experience as a Work Permit Visa Filing Officer/Expert with a successful track record.
- In-depth knowledge of international immigration laws and visa regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with various online visa filing systems.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
