Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Visa Filing Officer (Male) to handle complete visa file preparation work. The candidate will be responsible for checking, organizing, and preparing visa application files as per embassy or consulate guidelines and ensuring timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive complete documentation from the internal documentation team.
  • Review and verify documents as per the specific visa checklist.
  • Prepare and organize visa files according to embassy/consulate/VFS requirements.
  • Arrange documents in proper sequence for smooth processing.
  • Prepare submission packets, covering letters, and application forms if required.
  • Keep records of file submission schedules and appointments.
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of files for submission.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper storage of client files.
  • Stay updated with filing guidelines and changes in embassy/VFS procedures.

Requirements:

  • Male candidates only.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream) or Diploma.
  • Freshers can also apply; experience in visa filing or back-end processing will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple files and meet strict deadlines.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, scanning, file management, email).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
